Documents checklist of Singapore Visa
Mandatory Requirements: Passport:
Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum one blank page required.
Please Note: Additionally attach all old passports (if any).
So handwritten passport will not be acceptable
Singapore Visa Application Form:
So applicant have to fill and sign form 14 A.
Photo Dimensions:
Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm).
Please note: Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned/ stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Personal Cover Letter:
Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of stay in brief. The letter should be duly signed by applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Singapore High Commission, New Delhi.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
Applicant’s contact number must be mentioned on the cover letter.
Hotel Confirmation:
Hotel booking.
Proof of Employment:
Self Employed:
a) Personal Bank statement for last 3 months
b) Additionally Proof of Business ownership.
Employed:
a) So the NOC from the company on its letter head or Six months salary slips along with employee ID card copy.
If you are a Honeymoon Traveller:
So original or clear scanned copy of Wedding Card has to be submitted along with the visa application.
If Visiting to Someone known- Need below Docs from invitee:
1- Invitation letter mentioning Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number of Invitee with Relationship details. So the letter should be addressed to “The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission – New Delhi”.
2- PR Card copy.
3- Passport Copy (bio data pages).
4- Relationship proof.
5- NRIC card copy.
