Documents checklist for Israel
Mandatory Requirements: Passport:
Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum one blank page for visa stamping.
*So attach all old passports (if any).*
Photo Dimension:
Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 70% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 55 mm X 55 mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Personal Cover Letter:
Covering-Letter from applicant mentioning his name, designation, passport number, purpose & duration of visit and travel itinerary in brief. So the letter should be duly sign from the applicant & address to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of Israel, New Delhi.
Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Hotels Voucher: Hotel booking along with Day-to-Day itinerary from the tour operator in Israel.
Flights Ticket: Ticket Itinerary.
Certificates: If applicant is travelling along with the family, a copy of marriage certificate & minor’s birth certificate will have to be submitted along with the application.
Please Note: So if spouse name is not endorsed in the passport then an original marriage certificate duly appositive from the Ministry of External Affairs, Patiala House is required.
Medical Insurance: So original Medical Insurance for the entire period of stay amounting US$ 40,000 or equivalent.
Please Note: The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity.
Please Note: If the original document is on a different sized paper then the photocopy should be on A4 sheet.
d) So one Photocopy set of all documents mentioned above in the requirements have to be submitted along with application (apart from Passport).
e) So embassy may ask for any additional documents or can call for the interview.
Visa Application Form:
a) So one visa application form to be duly fill and sign from the applicant.
b) So an online application form should also be fill. Photograph and ID proof (Adhaar Card, PAN card, Driving license or others) should upload while filling the form. So post filling the online form, a printout of the same should take and has to attach with manual form (duly fill and sign from the applicant) and shall be submitted at the Israel visa application centre along with the other required documents.
Following forms also need to be filled, signed and submitted along with the application:
a) VFS Consent Form
b) Checklist
Bank Statements:
a) Original Personal bank statement for last 4 months with Bank stamp & seal and applicant’s name must be mentioned on the statement.
Please Note: Internet bank statement will not be accepted.
b) Salary slips for last 4 months.
Proof of Employment:
Employed
a) So one No Objection Certificate from employer mentioning the travel dates.
Student
a) So one leave Sanction Letter/ NOC from school mentioning the travel dates along with school ID card copy.
Authorisation Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorisation-letter in the name of Bookrumz to submit and collect the passport.
Please Note:
a) So in case applicant is visiting to any relative or friend, an invitation Letter from invitee in Hebrew or English language stating the applicant’s name, passport number, purpose & duration of stay and accommodation details along with sponsorship details is required. The letter should be duly signed by the invitee mentioning his name & contact details and invitee’s passport and visa copy should be attached.
b) So applicant has to submit copies of his/her Aadhaar Card & Voter Id.
c) So all documents submitted should be on A4 size paper.
