These golden rules for applying work visa is acceptable by most of the countries in the world and by following this process you may get the work visa from the Embassy. But still the decision to provide work visa lies with the Embassy only.

- The first rule of getting work visa is you must have a job offer from the country to which you wish to apply for work visa. If you do not have a job offer and you apply with the embassy then you may not get the work visa.

2. The second condition for applying the work visa is that you should have visa support letter from the company who has offered the job to you in their company. The company which is offering job also provide the visa support letter once you accept their offer and comes to an agreement with that company.
3. Third rule is you must have the correct and complete information of that company. Who has offered you the job and comes with an agreement with you for working in their country. Please “Be Aware” of the fraudulent job offers given by the fictitious company. As they can rob your money and the funds you have secured for getting work visa abroad.

4. Fourth rule is, you must have the sufficient funds in your bank account to support your stay in the country for which you want to apply work visa. You have the funds which can meet your requirements in case of any emergency and job loss in that country. Please show the genuine funds in your bank account and if you do not have that much funds you can bring your parents funding into your account and show your parents as your sponsor for getting the working visa.
5. Final rule for how to apply work visa is, if you have answered “Yes” to the above rules 1 to 4. Final rule or the final process of work visa application is taking or booking an appointment to present your application and provide the necessary visa documents requested by the embassy for getting the work visa. Embassy will take your interview after examining all the documents provided by your. Or they will first take the interview and later will examine the documents provided by you. This whole process will take atleast 1 month to 2 months process hence you must update. Your employer about the time taken by the embassy for processing the work visa application.
