Documents Checklist for Vietnam Visa
Mandatory Requirements: Passport: So original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Copy of Passport first & last page.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
If applying from Delhi:
Vietnam Visa Application Form Del : So one visa application form duly filled and signed.
If applying from Mumbai: So Vietnam Visa Application Form Mum: One visa application form duly filled and signed along with applicant mobile number mentioned on the form.
Hotel Booking: So hotel Confirmation along with complete address and Telephone number of the hotel.
If applying from Delhi:
Flight Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
If applying from Mumbai:
Flight Reservation : Confirmed Air Ticket
Tour Itinerary : Detailed day to day itinerary
Bank Satements:
a) So personal bank statement for last 3 months
So If applying from Mumbai:
a) Personal bank statement for last 6 months
b) Credit card Copy
Photo Dimensions:
So two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, White background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)
Additionally note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Personal Cover Letter : So Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp.
(If applying from Delhi)-The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer,Embassy of Socialist Republic of Vietnam,New Delhi
(If applying from Mumbai)-The letter should be addressed to:Consulate General of Vietnam, Mumbai.
Additionally Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Please Note:
a) If applying from Mumbai: Applicant has to come personally for submission of documents.
b) Indians can apply for Vietnam E-Visa & get the visa stamped on arrival.
