Important Requirements for Malaysia Visa:
Passport:
Scan copy of current original Passport with validity of six months upon arrival in Malaysia Details of all your old passports (if any)
*Handwritten passport will not be accepted.
Photo Specification:
One recent passport size color photograph. Photo should have a close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 60%-70% of the photograph, white background and without border (Size: 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
Please Note:
a) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old.
Personal Cover Letter:
- Personal cover letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. (If applicant is self-employed) else the personal cover letter should be on plain paper.
Hotel & Flight Details:
Confirm Hotel booking
Air Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.
Financials:
Original Bank Statement for last three months with bank seal & signature on each and every page and with a minimum balance of Rs.50,000 per person
Applicants with passport not issued from North and East India need to submit at least one of the mandatory documents listed below.
a) Copy of Aadhar Card (Front & Back copy)
b) Rent Agreement or Lease Agreement
c) Utility bill like Telephone, Gas or electricity
d) Original letter from the company or school/college/institution.
Malaysia Visa
Applicant travelling outside the country for first time or new passport with no prior travel stamps must submit 3 months recent bank statement (Self or Sponsor’s) with original endorsement from bank and support letter from sponsor stating relationship to applicant (exception for minors 17 years and below)
*Children below 12 years of age should provide the copy of Birth Certificate which should carry the names of the parents traveling with them
